I haven't made it a point to eat a lot less since I started the workout regime, but I haven't been eating much more either. I eat quite healthy, so I figured I could stick to my own diet instead of following the one in the program. Could it be that the weight is muscle? Subjectively, I'm not satisfied with the way my body looks and this is why I'm asking. If anyone wants to say I don't need to lose the weight I want to lose, I'd like to point out that I have rather light bones and a curvy body shape, which means pounds are very obvious on me. I decided to seize the day and go for it, and I am not sorry. Every day, I both love and dread pushing play on this dvd, because I know what will happen when I do. Afterwards, when I can catch my breath and pull myself up of the ground, I feel so good it is not even funny. Yesterday when I finished my workout and was talking to my wife, I said "You know what I feel like? You know, that feeling you get on day 1 of vacation when you have the whole thing stretching before you, when there is a cool drink in your hands and not a care in the world?
