I agree with one of the reviewers that it's a little awkward (okay, a lot awkward) to be in a yoga pose and have to look up at the TV, but that's really the same as being in class-I would have to look at an instructor to see what's going on sometimes-but after a week or two of doing this, you get the hang of it and know what to do. And hey, if you're a dude, you'll like this because Bob leads the session. It's basic instruction (with light background music), and you see the other participants (past BL contestants) make mistakes along the way just like most of us do when we're taking a yoga class. So what if you put your right leg in the air when everyone else puts up their left. That's what I love about this DVD!

I really enjoyed this class and the different timed versions. I love this class, and would give it five stars but every time I do it, the music drives me crazy. This is a great class. I chose this class for the poses, which were great, but I feel that the instructor went way too fast. I recently started practicing yoga again after stopping a few years ago and have been looking for something new to replace my old DVDs. I bought one of another well-known yoga instructor's DVD and found it to be very challenging and not for beginners/intermediates as it was advertised. Thank you for your feedback. I've been practicing yoga off and on for over ten years and this is a very solid workout. I've found that the new style of yoga dvd's have a jerky, rapid movement style that I find dangerous (certainly for people new to yoga), but this DVD used fluid movements. I have been doing this DVD for about a month and my body has toned up a lot, and I have been working out 5 days a week for over 10 months, so someone who hasn't worked out at all will really feel more toned. I am amazed at what this one DVD has done for my body.
