I followed a 5-day juice fasting protocol that involved starting the day with coconut water and lime. I’m not sure I would have been as successful with the juice fast had I tried to wing it on my own. Today is the last day of my 30 day juice fast. The purpose of this blog has been to see what a full 30 day juice fast for weight loss is like for an average size person. 60 Day Juice Fast – Day 20 Weigh In. Welcome to my day 20 weight & measurement results. Reaching day 20 means I have now completed 1/3 or 33.33% of my 60 day juice fast. This means that the total weight loss since starting the fast is now at 20lbs. My target weight loss for the completed 60 day juice fast is 30lbs, so with a total of 20lbs already lost I now just have 10lbs to lose to meet my goal. Both Amy and I did a ten day juice fast and shared our experiences as we stumbled through it. You can check them out for some good info, recipes, and a few laughs… We both live in the same house with the same people, and we both did the same fast and drank mostly the same juice, but by day ten we had very different thoughts about how things were going. I’m the more laid back one, and I coasted through the end with not too much trouble. Being pain free and fitting into my old pants made it relatively easy for me to stick with it, but we both agreed that by the time Amy got to the end, it was kinda pointless for her. I get to leave the house and go to work which provides some challenges but also helps break up the day and allows me to focus on something besides food. The two weeks actually went by pretty slow and it seemed like a really long time but it's all over now! I wasn’t hungry and I actually forgot that it was the last day. I was really busy and on the go. I had lots of energy all day and had an awesome spin class. I really started to feel it in my shins when I walked the dogs today but I had to push through because pain doesn’t last forever, and all that good stuff! I was exhausted and hungry today. I started to feel hungry around 4pm, after walking the dogs for an hour and I was tired all day. I took some iron and vitamin D today. I’m just going to relax for the rest of the night and get some work done… I was running around all day and now I am exhausted.
