This breathing book reflects almost all of the techniques I've learned in yoga. I'll give the breathing a try for a while and assess then. I disagree with a lot of the weight-loss oriented philosophy behind this book. I read it because it was recommended to me for the breathing exercises, not for the weight-loss program. When I take the breathing taught in this book seriously my body definitely feels better, everything is metabolized easier and weight loss does happen.

I've never been in prison, but this is what I imagine the food tastes like. (I asked and refused to go on the program until she told me.) In the week I have been on this program, I have lost close to 2 lbs. The food isn't the greatest, but edible enough to eat and worth it to lose weight. I loved the idea of trying this out because I've tried everything possible and I just can't seem to lose weight. I loved the deserts and most of the food was not too bad either. I rated it a 4 because of the chicken soups and because it is $44 at Walmart. The bars that you can buy at Walmart also have coupons in them for the boxes. I wanted to know what the hype was all about, so I decided to join the NSNation and try the 5-Day kit. The meals in the kit are: Considering none of the food from the kit had to be refrigerated, it was pretty decent for diet food. I liked the Red Beans & Rice (thought it was a little spicy), the Thick Crust Pizza (thought it was small for a pizza), the Lasagna with Meat Sauce (I have to admit, I added a little shredded cheese), the Cheese Potatoes Mix (I don't like instant potatoes, but these were good), and the Chicken Noodle Soup. The Homestyle Beef & Mashed Potatoes, Chicken Alfredo, and the Rotini & Meatballs were okay, but a little bland for my taste. The desserts were all good, especially the Chocolate Chip Cookies and Peppermint Cookie Patty. Overall, I like the food in the 5-day kit and I do recommend others to at least give it a try.
