I found this book to be very informative and easy to follow. I don't have a problem with gluten as far as I know, but I think anyone could do this fat loss plan. I don't do as well on my on as I do with a scheduled plan that tells me what do do and when to do it, what to eat and when to eat it, so this looks perfect for me.
