I am working out 5 days a week on the bike and i ride for just over an hour every time. Within that hour i do 10 minutes of HIIT on the bike and for the rest of the ride i go between 30-40 km/hr. Also i have a hereditary skin disease called epidermus bullosa (EB for short) which basically means i get blisters VERY easy. This disease is aggravated in the summer or hot weather in general so because of this you can understand my running/jogging/walking is out of the question for me. After I had my two kids, I had horrible back pain, and I began to feel dizzy a lot. After 2 back surgeries and countless doctors, I felt like I had no help from the medical world at all. It was very difficult to care for my family, and I knew that there had to be something I could do to feel better. Okay, maybe I cared a little, but STILL it was more important to feel strong and healthy. I heard my sister-in-law was doing a juice feast to heal her body, and I became interested because at that point I was willing to try anything to feel better.
