Theres no secret about egg’s im on the atkins diet and eat plenty of eggs and have lost 85lbs in 6 months but am getting a little tired of eggs. That having been said you can do 3-4 eggs for breakfast, all the bacon you can eat and a couple of cups of green tea and you won’t be hungry for 6 hours. If you want to keep the diet on the cheap side go back to eggs for dinner and finish off the bacon you didn’t eat that morning.
